He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the City University of New York (CCNY) and over 5 years of construction, renovation experience. His construction experience includes foundation, roofing, plumbing and framing.

    For this inspection service, we’ll come to the construction site during the final build phase on your new home to perform a full evaluation of the property.

    OIL TANK SWEEPS

    Whenever you are in the market to buy or sell a house, conducting an oil tank sweep should be considered. An undergoing oil tank sweep is a cost-efficient service.

    Mold, in its various forms, is often found behind the finished walls of new, renovated, and/or old construction.

    TERMITE INSPECTION

    A WDI, Wood Destroying Insect, Inspection, or Termite Inspection is required by most lenders for home purchases and /or refinances.

    Homes that have private septic systems are required to have a septic tank inspection, with approved documentation.
